The last race in the M-Town race series in Memphis was Saturday. Sean Holsdon, Dennis, and new team member Ron Bogard were in attendace & sporting the new singlets. Despite the heat everyone finished & did well. The cold drinks after the race were awesome. Dennis ran the "Ruck March" division with a 30 pound backpack and won the overall division. Sean ran great despite running a half-marathon that morning. Ron pulled in right behind Dennis.

NME had a Great workout on the track tonight. Be sure to join us next Monday at 6:00pm at the Olive Branch City Park Track.

Bring water & a towel. 

Expect to run about 3 to 5 miles.
